We've been rolling out updates to the automated emails that Workspace sends out when you share online galleries with your clients, when your client requests image downloads, or when your client places an order from these galleries. This is the first of a series of articles about enhancing data privacy and controls in Workspace, especially in relation to GDPR. Here's how it works Assuming you’re logged in to Workspace, and your client’s images and albums are ready to share... 1. Click Client Sites in the Workspace top navigation. This takes you to a page that lists any sites you’ve already set up. 2. Click Create New Client Website. You can create one site on the Free or Basic plans, but otherwise you'll need Pro or Pro+ (click here for Workspace plans, prices and features). 3. On occasion you may need to send us new or edited files for an order, and I posted the other day about how to do this in Workspace. Here's how to do the same in Photojunction. Start at the Photojunction Welcome screen. Select the Uploads tab. Select the original upload for this order, so it's highlighted. Click the "More" button and select "Upload additional images". Photojunction will open up a new window to drag and drop your files into. You will be asked to give a reason for your upload.
